Creator Agreement

Effective Date: January 1, 2024

This Creator Agreement governs your use of EVERNET's music monetization platform and outlines the terms of our partnership.

By registering as a EVERNET creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Creator Agreement.

1. Partnership Overview

This Agreement establishes a partnership between you (the "Creator") and EVERNET for the purpose of music monetization through digital content creation.

Partnership Benefits: As a EVERNET creator, you gain access to our premium music library, revenue sharing opportunities, and professional creator tools to enhance your content and maximize earnings.

2. Creator Eligibility & Requirements

To qualify as a EVERNET creator, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Own and operate an active YouTube channel with monetization enabled
  • Have a minimum of 1,000 subscribers on your YouTube channel
  • Consistently create original content that complies with platform guidelines
  • Maintain good standing with YouTube's Partner Program

Important: EVERNET reserves the right to approve or deny creator applications based on content quality, channel performance, and alignment with our brand values.

3. Music Licensing Terms

EVERNET grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use our music library in your content under the following conditions:

Permitted Uses:

  • Background music in YouTube videos, Shorts, and live streams
  • Music for branded content and sponsored videos
  • Content across multiple platforms (with proper attribution)
  • Commercial content where you maintain ownership

Restricted Uses:

  • Reselling or redistricting EVERNET music as standalone audio
  • Using music in content that violates platform guidelines
  • Claiming ownership or authorship of EVERNET music
  • Using music in content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activities

4. Revenue Sharing Model

EVERNET operates on a transparent revenue sharing model designed to maximize creator earnings:

Custom Music Projects 50% 40% 10%

Payment Terms: Revenue is calculated monthly based on tracked music usage. Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's earnings, with a minimum payout threshold of $50.

5. Content & Usage Tracking

EVERNET utilizes advanced tracking technology to monitor music usage and calculate revenue shares:

  • Automated content ID matching across platforms
  • Real-time usage analytics in your creator dashboard
  • Monthly detailed earnings reports
  • Dispute resolution process for tracking inaccuracies

Transparency Commitment: You have 24/7 access to your usage data and can dispute any tracking discrepancies within 30 days of report generation.

6. Creator Obligations

As a EVERNET creator, you agree to:

  • Use EVERNET music only in content you create and own
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of your content
  • Attribute EVERNET music when required by platform guidelines
  • Report any technical issues or tracking problems promptly
  • Comply with all platform terms of service and community guidelines
  • Update your channel information as it changes

7. EVERNET Support & Resources

As part of our partnership, EVERNET provides:

  • Dedicated creator support team
  • Regular music library updates and new releases
  • Creator education resources and best practices
  • Early access to new features and tools
  • Networking opportunities with other EVERNET creators

Custom Music Requests: Active creators may request custom music compositions for their channels, subject to availability and creative alignment.

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by either party:

  • You may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • EVERNET may terminate for violation of terms with immediate effect
  • Upon termination, you must cease using EVERNET music in new content
  • Existing content with EVERNET music may remain published
  • Final revenue payments will be processed within 60 days of termination

9. Amendments

EVERNET may update this Creator Agreement to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements:

  • Material changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
  • Continued use of EVERNET services constitutes acceptance of changes
  • You may terminate the Agreement if you do not accept changes
